We were asked by our Ward Councillor, Ollie Sykes, for a view on how residents now feel about communal black bins for the garden squares. So we mailed our membership and invited comments. Only 10% responded, which is disappointing for an important subject on which everybody seems to have an opinion! Responses were mixed with some still very much against and some in favour though conditionally. All these have been passed on and the current position is that no change is envisaged for the time being.
