The council voted on 29th November to the installation of communal rubbish bins in all the historic squares. They will also be installing communal recycling bins in Palmeira Square and Adelaide Crescent. City Clean is putting together a plan next week for further consultation with Residents Associations about suitable locations for the bins. An estimated date for roll out is around March 2017.
