Public meeting to discuss the drugs problem besetting Brunswick & Adelaide and Regency wards.

We now have a date for the public meeting to discuss the drugs problem besetting Brunswick & Adelaide and Regency wards.

Senior police officers have been invited to the meeting, at which councillors and council officers will invite residents and their representatives to talk about their first-hand experience of how the presence of drug dealers and users on our streets is affecting local lives.

The meeting will be on

WEDNESDAY 17th JULY

6pm – 8pm

HOVE TOWN HALL

Following the discussion at the AGM it is clear this is an important topic and we encourage our members and other neighbours to attend. While your council is doing all we can to tackle the underlying reasons for this crisis, we need to push for more action to make our streets and green spaces safe.
