Snailspace is the much-anticipated follow up to the hugely successful Snowdogs by the Sea, which raised £310,000 for Martlets and contributed in excess of £10m to the local economy.
In just a few months’ time, a host of giant snails will slide their way onto the streets of Brighton and Hove, each one uniquely decorated by a different artist.
There are two fantastic roles up for grabs and we are encouraging the local community to join us and climb aboard the Snailway!
Snailspace Route Masters
We need a vibrant, enthusiastic and energetic team of volunteers to help our visitors navigate the route, discover the stories behind these beautiful sculptures and find out more about our life changing hospice care. This is a great short term opportunity to meet new people, rediscover our fantastic city and show the world what you’re made of!
Snailspace Sales Advisors
We are looking for friendly volunteers to help shoppers at our Snailspace ‘pop up’ shop, assisting customers with their purchases and telling them more about the Snailway and the connection to Martlets.
