B&H Libraries have just launched a public survey which will run for 6 weeks, from Wednesday 26th February to Friday 10th April. This survey is larger than our normal annual survey as they want to get the public’s opinions on a range of services. The results of this survey will be used to inform our strategic plan for the next four years (Libraries Plan 2020-2024) and an updated Stock Policy.
There are three surveys:
- Adults (20yr old and over)
- Young people (13-19yr olds)
- Children (0-12yr olds)

There are hard copies available in all libraries.
