Difficult feelings about Christmas during coronavirus

Many of us may find Christmas difficult this year, for lots of different reasons. It might be that you usually enjoy the festive period, but you’re worried about how coronavirus will affect things. Some community groups have provided some useful links to resources that may help in this time;

Rehab 4 Addiction

Serves as an online resource to individuals and families dealing with substance abuse. Have created these educational guides to help increase awareness and understanding of all aspects of dealing with the stress of bereavment and the lockdown. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, many who live with depression are struggling to stay afloat during self or mandated isolation.

Our hope is that this informational guide can be one of many stepping stones for those struggling and their loved ones to better understand their situation and lead them to find a supportive and safe environment, especially during the pandemic.
